Attendees will have the opportunity to receive a free health screening by medical professionals staffing The Healthy Oakland Van. |

Healthy Oakland, a faith-based, 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, was founded through the vision of Bishop Ernestine Cleveland-Reems of Center of Hope Community Church, Bishop Bob Jackson of ACTS Full Gospel C.O.G.I.C. and Pastor Raymond E. Lankford, Youth and Adult Pastor at Center of Hope Community Church in an effort to address the escalation in the homicide rate and violence in Oakland. Dr. H.
